We LOVE this store! It's right in the neighbourhood, and has a great selection. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. A couple of times through what was entirely my error, I've bought the wrong type of dog food but the right brand (my dogs are both on grain-free diets) and even though I'd already opened the bag, the staff very pleasantly exchanged the wrong food for the right stuff. We put one of our dogs on a raw food diet because he has epilepsy and we can always whip by A Pet's Life and pick up his patties whenever we need them. LOVE this store, thanks for being so great!

I've gotten great customer service and advice at both locations. My kitten is very pleased with both the litter and the food that I was recommended and I'm very happy to shop at stores that don't sell food that has been tested cruelly on other animals!

We have been coming to A Pet's Life to buy food and products for our two dogs for over two years, and we think they are one of the best run businesses in Victoria. It is such a pleasure coming into the store, where we are always greeted with a smile and friendly staff. Everyone in the store is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. We especially appreciate their extensive selection of local and Canadian products and fantastic homeopathic remedies for various pet ailments. It is great to see a store that takes pride in carrying top quality food products. We love their choices of canned and dry food, and have recently tried the raw food items, and the dogs love it! A Pets Life also has an excellent incentive program that rewards its customers for purchases, which is another reason we are loyal customers of this great business. Keep up the fantastic work!
